Terms and Conditions

.1. The initial term of this Agreement shall be 1 year and will take effect once the ECO toner cartridge is installed, a configuration and usage page is emailed to sales@ecobizsystems.com with customer id and receive a confirmation  email from EBS.  

. 2:  Responsibilities: ECO business Systems will after 30 days of install unless the cartridge is defective: 

. (a)  Provide remedial Maintenance Service to Customer, 

. (b)  Parts are not included but are available at a discounted rate to the client for replacement by ECO Business Systems. Discounted part rate is for devices that have been approved for ALL IN service by ECO Business Systems. 

. 3:  Customer’s Responsibilities: Customer will: 

. (a)  Give timely notice of additions, deletions, and movement of Equipment  

. Customer agrees:  

(c) To perform no repairs, adjustments, or maintenance work to the units under All IN devices 

without written authorization from ECO Business Systems. 

. (d)  To comply with EBS written instructions covering the operation of the units.  

. (e)  To provide to EBS at no charge, access to the equipment and facilities, such as working  space, electricity and a local telephone line.  

4: Charges: 

. (a)  If the device is loaded with toner other than ECO All IN toner the call will be charged at the Time and material rate for service and parts .

ECO Business systems reserves the right to cancel the ALL IN plan at any time.
